The Golden Post Awards is an annual awards ceremony at the Government Social Media Conference, exclusively designed to honor outstanding use of social media by government agencies in the U.S.

Nearly 450 entries were received in 9 different categories focusing on social media strategy, presence and success. Each category was reviewed by our distinguished panel of judges from across the country. Thank you to all entrants, judges and Awards Committee members who took the time to participate in this year’s program!

Winners in each category will be named and will receive a trophy during the Golden Post Awards ceremony at the 2024 Government Social Media Conference! Our Awards Committee is hard at work planning a memorable ceremony happening 11:45am - 1:30pm on Wednesday, April 17 at the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, or virtually from wherever you are. Finalists don’t have to be present to receive a finalist’s certificate or winner’s trophy, but we encourage you to register for the conference for a fun ceremony celebrating your government social media work.
