Feb 07, 2022Government social media professionals across the U.S. only have until 11:59 p.m. PT, tonight Monday, February 7 to get your Golden Post Awards nominations submitted! Be recognized for all the hard, dedicated work that you do through this special awards program created to celebrate your agency’s social media accomplishments.
There is zero cost to you or your agency to enter! This year, we’re searching for entries in 10 categories focusing on social media strategy, presence and success, including:
- Best Facebook Presence
- Best Twitter Presence
- Best Instagram Presence
- Best LinkedIn Presence
- Best Nextdoor Presence
- Best Podcast
- Best Use of Short Form Video (2 mins & under)
- Best Use of Long Form Video (Over 2 mins)
- Best Social Media Customer Service
- Best Use of Social Media in an Emergency
We can’t wait to celebrate your work — which frequently involves high stakes, high expectations and limited resources in facilitating open communication with the public — at the 2022 Government Social Media Conference. Happening both online and in person in Dallas, Texas this year, GSMCON2022 will feature a special Golden Post Awards ceremony celebrating YOU! Finalists will be announced in early March and all will receive a certificate, and winners will be named at the ceremony and receive an engraved trophy.
