As a dedicated public servant, Iā€™m passionate about helping people & using social media as a transparent tool for government to connect with ALL their communities. After serving on the inaugural GSM council & speaking at every GSMCON since, Iā€™m eager to continue supporting members by helping them enhance their social media efforts. I specialize in social media strategy & policy creation with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, & accessibility that I can further share with GSM members, aiming to shape best practices & drive innovation across our industry-ultimately helping more people.
